The brief for this pied a terre for long term clients and collaborators located in Sydney’s Potts point was a high end hotel suite.

An emotional connection being the owners first real estate purchase more than two decades earlier meant finally realising the often imagined potential. Not an Architectural beauty but with the beauty of Sydney through its’ windows this newly refurbished space offers retreat and comfort to its inhabitants.

Pushing every millimitre to deliver the brief, the poorly resolved space of the prior fit out now barely recognisable.

Light floors and walls with inserts of black combine in a sophisticated and clean palette. New set ceilings, doors and existing rendered walls were white set to sharpen the level of finish. The owners supply furniture to the Australian Architectural and design market with the majority of the pieces from their suppliers.
